Job Summary
Frazee Construction is seeking a dedicated and energetic Runner who has their CDL A License to join our team . The Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that jobsites are equipped with necessary equipment and materials. It is the responsibility of the runner to drive a small truck and trailer to haul around various items to underground utility crews throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Items may include but are not limited to; fittings, pipe, ditch boxes, bobcat excavators and skids. Candidate must be able to operate forklifts, bobcats, and skids in order to load and unload at jobsites and offload items to the yard.

This position is also responsible for handing out tools and small items in the morning to crew truck drivers. As well as ordering and to maintain inventory items in the tool room.

Mandatory Hours:

Monday-Friday 5:45am-4:00pm

Occasional Saturday mornings from 6:00am-8:00am.

Responsibilities

• Must have valid CDL A which is necessary for pulling large trailer
• pick up, load, and offload items to jobsites and construction yard.
• order supplies for tool room
• inventory on a monthly basis
• keep track of receipts and turn them into accounting
• accurate record keeping
• ability to operate small machinery needed for loading and off-loading on trailer
• Keep a clean and organized Tool Room

Skills

• CDL A License a must with clean driving record
• operate small machinery
• ability to multitask and shift tasks when needed
• organized

All qualifying applications will be considered and the post will be removed when the position is filled. Qualifing applicants will be called to come in for an interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
