Benefits Specialist
Location: Midtown Manhattan hybrid 3 days/week onsite (5 days onsite during initial training period est 1-2 months)
Compensation: 100-110k
About the Role:
Our client, an iconic luxury fashion brand, is seeking an accomplished Benefits Specialist to design, implement, and manage employee benefits for 500 employees across the USA. In this role, you’ll support employees with benefits inquiries, oversee vendors, and ensure compliance. You'll also lead annual benefits renewals and open enrollment and drive wellness initiatives that boost engagement and well-being.
What You’ll Do:
- Champion employee wellness events managing vendors, logistics and communications.
- Administer comprehensive benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, leave programs).
- Support employees nationwide with all benefits and wellness matters; programs are managed in-house vs. 1-800#.
- Manage leaves of absence and open enrollment.
- Coordinate wellness programs to promote employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years in benefits administration; retail/luxury/fashion/beauty industry HIGHLY preferred.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now; SAP is a plus
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Customer service orientation.
