What You Will Do
- Background in Finance, Tech, or Fintech highly preferred
- Compensation Strategy Development: Develop and execute compensation strategies that support the company's business objectives, promote employee retention, and ensure competitive pay practices.
- Market Analysis: Analyze industry compensation trends and benchmark data to ensure the company’s compensation structure remains competitive.
- Policy and Program Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs, including base pay, bonus structures, stock options, and incentive programs.
- Salary Structure Development: Create and maintain salary structures and guidelines for all job levels within the organization to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Budget Management: Manage compensation budgets, forecasting future compensation expenses, and making recommendations for cost-effective and performance-driven compensation solutions.
- Employee Communication: Educate employees and management about compensation policies, programs, and practices.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with senior management and HR leadership to align compensation strategies with company goals and business needs.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations (e.g., Fair Labor Standards Act, Equal Pay Act, etc.).
- Data Analytics: Use compensation analytics and reporting tools to track compensation trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Work with HR and leadership to ensure compensation strategies are aligned with employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction goals.
Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
