Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Temporary Office Manager who will focus on leading the admin team in the New York office for 6-9 months.
Key responsibilities will include:
Team Management: Lead and support the Admin team, including performance management, training, and development.
Coverage & Allocations: Ensure smooth team operations, managing workloads and ensuring appropriate coverage.
Recruitment: Oversee recruitment for the Admin team, if required.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the New York staekholders, requiring excellent relationship-building skills.
The Office Manager will provide daily oversight, manage office initiatives, and take charge of events and activities. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to manage events in the newly renovated suite, working closely with the business to promote its use and organize key events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing an Admin team consisting of EAs and Reception.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Event management experience is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and provide strategic guidance on office initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
- $140-150k (depending on experience)
