Position Title: HR Coordinator (Contract Role)

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday in-office, remote on Fridays)

Compensation: $30–$45 per hour

Our client, a prominent technology investment firm with over $103 billion in assets under management and a global team across North America, Europe, and Asia, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their HR team on a contract basis for a period of 6–9 months.

There may be an opportunity for the role to convert to permanent, depending on company needs and candidate performance. This role will primarily assist in day-to-day HR operations, including payroll liaison, onboarding and offboarding processes, immigration and relocation programs, and other HR projects as needed. The position is hybrid, with in-office work required Monday through Thursday and remote work available on Fridays.

• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including maintaining and updating HRIS records, handling I-9s and background checks, assisting with benefits enrollments, and coordinating new employee orientations.
