Job Title: Senior Recruiter
Location: Memphis, TN (On-site 5 days a week)
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team within the chemical manufacturing industry. This individual will play a key role in driving full-cycle recruiting efforts for both field and corporate positions across a broad range of levels—from entry-level to C-suite. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, a strong understanding of both corporate and field-level staffing needs, and a proven track record of successfully recruiting across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions across the organization, including entry-level to executive-level roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and department leads to understand specific talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates, including leveraging digital tools, job boards, networking, and social media platforms.
- Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and present top candidates to hiring teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for future hiring needs.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics and performance to ensure the recruitment strategy is meeting organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with a proven ability to recruit across multiple levels, from entry-level to C-suite.
- Experience recruiting in the chemical manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Previous experience in recruiting for field roles, corporate positions, and executive-level roles.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Knowledge of digital water technologies and related industry experience is a significant plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
