Job Title: Temporary HR Business Process Analyst
Location: Fully onsite, near Manhattan, New York
Pay: $55 - $75 per hour
We are seeking a Temporary HR Business Process Analyst to join our team and help optimize people processes for greater efficiency and productivity within our HR department. This role will require a hands-on approach to analyze, document, and improve HR processes across the global function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document existing HR processes across various teams.
• Conduct process assessments and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and define process improvement goals.
• Develop comprehensive process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
• Recommend and implement performance metrics to ensure ongoing process effectiveness.
• Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to identify and implement process improvements.
• Partner with HRIS and IT teams to identify technology solutions for process automation and optimization.
