Position Summary

Freezing Point, is the owner of the Frazil beverage brand and is the fastest growing frozen beverage company in the US with machines all over then nation. We are a fun, exciting, and high-performance team looking for our newest National Accounts Manager.

As the largest slush brand in the United States, Frazil continues to break sales records. Our Sales Team is a talented group of Regional Sales and Account Managers who execute on key sales objectives while partnering internally with sales operations, logistics, and service teams. They are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external clients including distributors, chains, schools, broker partners, and other strategic channels.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000 / year plus commission and bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with new or existing clients within your scope of business in order to achieve national sales goals.
  • Provide onsite and virtual sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Serve as the direct point of contact for regional clients, including senior-level client staff and executive teams.
  • Partner closely with distributors, broker partners, and convenience stores to complete the closing of new business.
  • Partner closely with the Sales Operations team in onboarding new or expanded business while serving as their key out-of-office liaison.
  • Manage and attend CS tradeshows within your assigned book of business.
  • Monitor regional and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth within your areas of business and provide updates and reporting to the Freezing Point senior leadership team.
  • Work closely with internal groups including service, performance management, logistics, and marketing.
  • Complete all administrative work associated with the Sales cycle including CRM system updates, notation, contract management, call backs, etc.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

5 years in B2B sales, preferably in the convenience store or F&B space.

  • Excellent communication. You are a natural born communicator and are comfortable communicating in writing, over the phone, and in person. You keep your calm when tensions rise and are able to deescalate as needed.
  • You are relationship builder, both internally and externally. You build rapport through active listening, professionalism, and kindness.
  • You are a problem solver. You have a demonstrated ability to find the maximized solution for each client and identify value-added growth opportunities that meet client needs.
  • You are a strong team player with a collaborative work style. You help before your criticize and always look to find the common ground.
  • You are competitive. You are driven by exceeding the goals set for you are are tireless in your pursuit for growth.
  • You have a passion for the details. Your sales energy does not deter you from completing the detailed work necessary for contract and onboarding completion. You are organized, timely, and a consistent executor.
  • You are data-driven. Metrics are motivating and you are not intimidated by the details.
  • You are comfortable giving and receiving feedback. You enjoy sharing ideas and ways to improve team processes as well a individual performance.
  • You have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, and Word.
  • This role requires regular travel up to 50-75%. Frazil is a Utah based company this role requires someone who lives in Charlotte, North Carolina within 30 minutes of an airport.
