Job Summary:
As the Front Desk and Sales/Marketing Associate at our MedSpa, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service while managing daily administrative tasks. This role requires a highly motivated, self-starter with a passion for the aesthetics and wellness industry. In addition to front desk responsibilities, you will actively participate in sales, marketing, and social media initiatives to help promote our services and grow the business. Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients warmly, ensuring they have a positive first impression of our MedSpa.
- Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling as needed.
- Efficiently manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions.
- Process payments and maintain records of transactions in an organized manner.
- Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and obtaining required information.
- Keep lobby and patient areas clean and tidy.
Sales and Upselling:
- Engage with clients during check-in/check-out, actively promoting additional services and products to meet their needs.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and educate clients on new treatments and promotions.
- Actively pursue leads and follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into appointments and bookings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying upselling opportunities and converting inquiries into bookings.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Contribute to content creation for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing ideas and initiatives.
Social Media Management:
- Regularly update and maintain our MedSpa's social media profiles with engaging and relevant content.
- Monitor social media interactions, respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
- Utilize social media to promote services, specials, events, and engage with the online community.
Event Coordination:
- Organize and promote events and promotions to attract new customers and increase MedSpa visibility in the community.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure events are well-planned, executed, and aligned with the brand's image.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed with empathy and efficiency.
- Gather client feedback and testimonials to enhance the MedSpa's reputation and service offerings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales. Experience in aesthetics, wellness, or the healthcare industry is ideal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficient in using social media platforms for business promotion and engagement.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and promotions.
