Our Advisory practice executes customers intelligence and advanced research missions globally, while our Training practice delivers cutting edge tradecraft training to select organizations.
Job Purpose: The JICO Instructor manages all functions related to planning, developing and coordinating training in support of the Joint Tactical Operations (JTO) Interface Training Program.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and maintain JID coursework.
- Serve as liaison between company and operational client staff for planning and preparation.
- Maintain and manage JICO automated tools.
- Perform curriculum reviews, coursework development and multimedia enhancements with a focus in electronic classrooms.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or similar field of study from an accredited college or university. Three (3) additional years of datalink experience can be substituted for degree requirements.
- Graduate of JT-301.
- 10 years of datalink experience.
- Prior Military Instructor Experience.
- Current US Government SECRET security clearance.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Fayetteville, NC area.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are a must.
- Highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated ability to spot new opportunities and spearhead new initiatives.
- A friendly and collaborative attitude; ability to work well independently and in groups with minimal supervision; ability to navigate ambiguity, embrace client oversight at all levels, and balance competing demands.
