Civil/Utilities Estimator
Arvada, CO. We are looking for an experienced Civil/Utilities Estimator to join our team.
This role is critical to our continued expansion and will involve working closely with our leaders to support and ultimately lead private utility construction estimates and projects throughout Denver.
About Us
We have decades of knowledge and experience in civil construction. We were a leading commercial earthwork contractor and now we are leveraging that knowledge and experience to improve the entire civil construction process for both our customers and our trade partners as a full-service civil contractor.
The Nance Family has a long history in Colorado's construction industry. They started their own company, Front Range Excavating, Inc., in 1988 and since then have laid the groundwork for over a thousand projects around the greater Denver Metro Area.
Candidate Skills, Experience, and Background
- Must have experience supporting or leading Hard Bid Wet Utility Construction Estimates.
- Must be tech savvy – Bid2Win, AGTEK, HCSS experience desired.
- Must be willing and want to receive training and mentorship from the experienced members of our team.
- Must be willing and able to ultimately lead our Utility bids and have a desire to work within a close-knit team that strives for success.
- Must be located within commutable distance to our office in Arvada, CO.
