DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Maintain a tight production schedule of transplanting and seeding plants
- Care for plants, including transplanting, watering, and fertilization, pruning, deadheading, etc
- Participate in pest & disease identification and treatment
- Stock & restock plant material in the retail space
- Maintain a clean workspace, including weeding and garbage clean up
- Direct customer questions to the appropriate team members
- Facilitate a world class customer experience with Raving Fan customer service
- Participate in daily huddles & weekly team meetings

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The nature of plant production work requires standing for long periods of time, repetitive movement, and frequent heavy lifting. The majority of hours worked will be spent in a traditional greenhouse environment being exposed to extremes of temperature and weather.
You will operate a variety of tools & equipment common to the greenhouse environment including: computer, pruners, hose wands, etc requiring continuous and repetitive arm, hand and eye movement.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $10-$14-hour DOE
