We are hiring two full-time bakers to join our team!
At Frecon Farms, we pride ourselves on creating high-quality, hand-crafted breads, pastries, and desserts. We are looking for motivated, reliable bakers who have commercial bakery experience and a passion for producing excellent baked goods. This is a full-time, entry-level bakery position with the opportunity for growth. Ideal candidates will have some commercial production experience in bread, pastries, and cookies and be able to uphold our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough for various bread, pastries, and cookies following Frecon Farms recipes.
- Produce a variety of pastries, including pie dough, cookie dough, and other baked goods.
- Shape and finish various pastry items, including croissants and loaves of bread.
- Bake and monitor goods according to daily production and sales needs.
- Ensure all products meet Frecon Farms high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory and ingredient management.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience using commercial bakery equipment and preparing bread, pastries, and cookies is required.
- Knowledge of basic baking techniques and pastry techniques is essential.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions.
- Full-time availability for morning to evening shifts, including weekends.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a team.

- Must be comfortable working in an environment with morning to evening shifts and weekend hours.

Pay & Benefits:
- Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Compensation package includes hourly pay.
- Full-time positions available.
