Job Duties:
- Work directly with customers to develop enriching relationships that improve client happiness and fuel the sales process
- Previous luxury brand sales management experience is required
- Maximize overall profitability of sales team
- Knowledge of DealerTrack, V-Auto, and E-leads
- CDK Experience (preferred)
- Display outstanding compliance track record
- Meet dealership sales goals
- Provide training and support to sales staff
- Assist in closing deals and establish trust among our clientele
- Demonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision and goals for the sales targeted performance
- Drive business through a high level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
- Lead the negotiation process ensuring the customer understands their vehicle purchase and pricing
- Working with computer systems for onboarding new hires, inventory management, training and dealership management software
- Analyze business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performance
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
