Front Desk Executive - Part Time

Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate Front Desk Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a vibrant atmosphere and thrives in a setting that connects with people while supporting their journey in dance.

As the Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our students and clients. Your friendly demeanor and organizational skills will help create an inviting environment where clients feel welcomed and valued. You will manage inquiries about classes, schedules, and studio events, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Your role will be crucial in enhancing the overall experience at Fred Astaire Dance Studios, where we help individuals enrich their lives through the positive, transformative power of dance. Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to problem-solve efficiently.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Enthusiasm for dance or the arts is a plus!
