- Update customers on service progress of vehicle
- Assist Service Advisor team with daily operations
- Ensure the customer has a positive overall service experience
- Prepare and complete all documentation related to the service transaction.
What You’ll Need
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- A friendly, positive attitude
- Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager or Automotive Technician preferred
- Strong computer and phone skills
