Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process after sale payables/Certified Payables, post, pay, research and follow up
- Maintain Accounting Schedules associated with the above payables
- Process Triton Remits, follow up on discrepancies and clean schedules-all locations
- Process all after sale product cancellations including check remittance
- Follow up on Service Payment Plan statements and refunds due from Vendor
- Process all purchase paperwork for used vehicles, post into CDK, follow up on payment
- Post Dealer payment statement
- Post and follow up on Gift card Certificate receivable payment processing per the Gift Card Certificate Receivable schedules, correspond with dealership personnel and apply payments when received.
- Process parts refunds and reconcile account.

- Previous Bookkeeping experience preferred
- CDK experience a plus, but not required
- Must be punctual, dependable, detail oriented & possess good organizational & filing skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Professional communication skills, both verbal & written
- Basic excel/Microsoft Office experience required
