What You'll Do
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
- Provide service recommendations based on vehicle history and technician findings
- Communicate effectively with service technicians to relay customer concerns
- Keep customers informed of service progress and completion timelines
- Prepare and explain repair orders and cost estimates to customers
- Assist in scheduling service appointments and follow-ups
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled with a high level of service and professionalism
- Maintain knowledge of dealership services, promotions, and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager
