We are immediately hiring Assistant Service Managers for our completely renovated, state of the art Parts and Service business at our Ford Dealership in Langhorne PA! You are needed to help keep up with our increase in business! We believe in your QUALITY of life and offer Saturday hours on a rotation basis so you can spend time at your leisure with friends and family!
How You’ll Take Care of Our Customers:
- Provide exceptional and efficient customer service
- Greet customers, perform vehicle walkarounds to show our commitment to customer satisfaction
- Make recommendations for valued services based on the customer’s vehicle
- Update customers on vehicle service status
- Assist Service Manager with daily operation
- Prepare and complete all required documentation related to customers’ service transactions
- Ensure customers have an outstanding overall service experience

What You’ll Need:
- A “customer first” mindset. Only those interested in high customer satisfaction should apply.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- At least one year of automotive experience preferred
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work
- Attention to detail
