Immediately seeking to hire a full-time Returns Processors for our expanding and growing claims department within our parts distribution center in Doylestown, PA!
Our parts distribution center is the largest OEM parts distributor in the country. This position will allow the opportunity for growth and the chance to expand your knowledge within the automotive parts industry.
Hours: M-F 8-5pm
*Opportunity for two potential raises in first 6 months*
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following;
- Advise employees on parts claims and returns being filed with manufactures and vendors
- Works with management on claims schedules to ensure credits are issued by manufacturer
- Determines work procedures, prepares work schedule and expedites workflow
- Investigates customer, vendor and sales rep. discrepancies
- Coordinates with purchasing on vendor discrepancies
- Assists other areas in the departments as needed
- General maintenance and housekeeping of work area
- Potential for advancement with Inventory Control/Purchasing department
Skills necessary to be successful in the Distribution Center Claims Department include, but are not limited, to the following;
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with co-workers, customers, and affiliates
- Follow specific instructions and information independently
- Knowledge of computer skills and MS Excel
- Clear communication skills for oral and written communication
