Fred Beans Toyota of Flemington is looking for an Energetic Person to drive our Service Lane!
We are looking for someone who has experience as a Service Advisor or Manager. You would be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the service advisors, technicians, and drivers.
This position will oversee and direct the Service Writers in their performance of daily customer and group handling. The Service Drive Manager will assist the Service Writers in the resolution of customer concerns and is responsible for holding the Service Writers and technicians accountable for their actions.
Description
- Assisting all dealership personnel in resolving any potential concern with customer service, vehicle service, or repairs as necessary
- Will know, understand, use, and teach all the manufacturers' and in-house warranties, policies, and procedures to insure prompt handling of all repair orders, warranty claims, sublet invoices, and inspects Service Writers desks weekly for any materials
- Ensure all invoices and route sheets are completed properly and accurately
- Ensure that all purchase orders are charged to the correct repair order on the correct repair line and documented properly
- Will oversee Service cashiers in their customer service and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintains a high level of cleanliness in the shop, service drive and overall facility by enforcing cleanup policies with technicians and Service Writers

- At least 3 years of Service Drive or 5 years of Service Writing experience
- Understanding of automotive systems, repair processes, and service operations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, and to keep the service department running smoothly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, technicians, and other staff members.
- Capability to lead and motivate a team of service advisors and technicians, and to manage performance.
- Proficiency in software tools used for scheduling, customer management, and repair tracking.
Salary : $600,000
