Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

What You'll Do
- Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state they will be titled timely and within state guidelines
- Prepare tax and title documents ensuring that all information is accurate
- Submit all legal transfer paperwork to the Department of Motor Vehicles
- Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing
- Maintain a system to verify titles and title company inventory
- Purchase temporary vehicle tags and process tag agency payments
- Resolves issues with customers, as needed
- Stay up to date with all title regulations and PennDOT training and relay all regulation changes to all sales personnel

What You'll Need
- Detail oriented
- Understanding of invoice style billing
- Ability to communicate verbally and writing in a professional manner
- Excellent organization skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- 2 years of automotive title clerk experience preferred
