Hours: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;
- Answer incoming dealer phone calls and process orders.
- Solicit Dealers for additional parts business. Ie, Powertrain, CP Parts Freon, Coolant.
- Give the customer the best possible service in regards to phone manners, and follow up phone calls.
- Process and follow up phone orders for specific delivery times.
- Run weekly and monthly reports designated by management.
- Keep accurate records of all transactions made for phone sales.
- Research inventory discrepancies, document errors, and changes. Report discrepancies to management.
- Keep parts office and personal work areas clean.
- Work in a professional manner with other employees in Accounting, Sales, Warehouse, and Fleet departments.
