Hours: Full - Time M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm

What You'll Do
- Monitor warranty claims submission, acceptance rate and resubmission
- Know and understand all the manufacturer’s warranty policies and procedures
- Enter warranty claims into the DCS system promptly and properly
- Assist service advisors in scheduling service appointments
- File service department repair orders
- Send in extended warranty claims to the proper warranty company. Monitor schedule and follow up on any aged items
