We're looking for a skilled Service Advisor to join our Acura team at Fred Beans Automotive Group! As a Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, making recommendations based on customer vehicle needs, answering phones and scheduling service appointments, coordinating with parts department and other vendors, and ensuring customers have a positive overall service experience.

You'll work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and maintain accurate records of service transactions.
