Immediately hiring for a Parts Counterperson at CarQuest in Doylestown, PA! The Parts Counterperson will assist internal customers and Technicians with parts requests for our busy shop.
Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner
- Mirror matches parts for the assistance of Technicians
- Costs parts on invoice
- Coordinates with Technicians and Service department to ensure that parts requests are met
- Stock incoming product and tracks inventory
- Handle some retail customers at our parts counter.
- Fill wholesale parts customers that call or walk in
