• Review for accuracy, all incoming Auto, Property and General liability Incident claim forms submitted

• Request claim information needed from managers.
• Assist managers with completing claim forms.
• Report claims to the insurance company, if needed.
• Follow up on existing Auto, Property and General liability claims.
• Receive and log certificates of insurance from vendors and contractors.
• Receive requests for insurance certificates from the dealerships or affiliated companies and banks that require proof of insurance. Submit those requests to our insurance companies.
• Assist in review and preparation of policy renewal.
