Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely mannerMirror match parts for the assistance of TechniciansCost parts on invoiceCoordinate with Technicians and Service department to ensure that parts requests are metStock incoming product and tracks inventoryHandle some retail customers at our parts counter.Fill wholesale parts customers that call or walk inRequirements
What You'll Need
Valid driver's license with good driving historyAt least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferredAbility to interact with co-workers and customers in a professional mannerAbility to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to changeGood computer skills and attention to detailAutomotive knowledge will be a plusHigh School Diploma or equivalentPhysical Requirements for Position : Be able to lift at least 50lbs.Fred Beans Automotive is a veteran friendly and equal opportunity employer.
