Wrap Connections is a program designed to support youth and their families using an evidence based model that is family centered, culturally / linguistically responsive and community based.
The Fred Finch Wrap Connections program is seeking BBS registered clinicians to join our multi-disciplinary team to provide evidence based wraparound services to children and youth ages 5-18 years.
As part of the Wrap Connections program, you will make a difference in the lives of youth and their families, gain hours towards licensure while becoming trained in specific clinical modalities, learn Medical documentation standards while having multiple avenues for professional growth.
Join our team as : Mental Health Therapist What You Will Do The Clinical Care Coordinatoris responsible for providing clinical assessment (i.e., diagnosis, behavioral health assessments, client plan and progress notes) through a trauma-informed lens, therapeutic based services, and case management to a diverse population of at-risk youth, young adults, and families.
Shifts Available Full Time afternoon and evenings required.
Work remotely with clinical services provided in the community, office and telehealth settings.
Salary Range In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this California position is between $33.03 and $42.15 per hour.
The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

M.A.
Degree in #SocialWork or Counseling from an accredited college or university.
Registered associate (#AMFT or #ACSW, or #APCC with relevant experience with target population) with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
Some programs may consider candidates who are able to obtain registered status within first six (6) months after hire.

Demonstrated knowledge in the areas of diagnostic assessment, individual / family / group behavioral treatment methods for target population of program.
Demonstrated knowledge of risk assessment, including danger to self or others, and effective community-based interventions.
Demonstrated cultural responsiveness in working with diverse families and communities.
Clean driving record : current CA Drivers License or ability to obtain within 10 days after hired.
Must have access to dependable transportation; personal car insurance meeting minimum liability coverage required if position requires driving for work or transporting participants.
Basic computer and keyboarding competence with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and / or competency with electronic clinical documentation systems.
Preferred 1.
One (1) year graduate school or post graduate experience with program target population (Example : intellectually disabled, homeless, teens or young adults, seriously emotionally disturbed).
Applies a strength-based, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and flexible approach to supervision, participant and community service, in order to support participant recovery, health, and wellness.
Exhibits strong behavioral, crisis management and family / individual / group therapy skills.
Fluency in prevailing language(s) of the community.
