Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of youth and families? Join us as a Mental Health Therapist in our East Bay Wrap Program using a high-fidelity model that is family centered, culturally / linguistically responsive and community based.
Wraparound staff work with families utilizing a comprehensive team-based approach. Our program offers a myriad of services and support including behavioral and mental health assessment and interventions as well as medication and psychiatric support.
Fred Finch offers weekly individual and group supervision toward licensure hours, free CEUs, free trainings to improve clinical skills, and biannual scholarship opportunities for professional development .

Responsibilities
- Meet weekly with youth and families to support treatment goals, and provide psychoeducation
- Facilitate Child and Family team meetings to collaborate with families and community partners to help families meet their goals
- Develop and implement behavioral interventions
- Provide individual or family therapy as needed
- Utilize de-escalation techniques
- Deliver culturally responsive services in working with diverse families
- Drive to meet youth and families in their communities (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Participate in individual and group supervision sessions
