Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their vehicle service needs.
- Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition.
- Prepare detailed repair orders, clearly documenting customer concerns and technician findings.
- Communicate repair progress and estimated completion times, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and explain repair options to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Coordinate with service technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Toyota service procedures, warranties, and recalls .
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies .
- Build strong relationships with customers, promoting repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure a positive service experience.
- Meet or exceed service department sales and customer satisfaction goals .
