- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles

- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, warranties, and financing options
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to maintain strong relationships
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on Toyota models, promotions, and industry trends
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required (we provide training)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping people
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
