What are the responsibilities and job description for the Claims Adjuster- Subro / Arb position at FRED LOYA INSURANCE AGENCY?
The Pending Subrogation Adjuster is responsible for the intake and review of third party subrogation demands against Loya Insurance Group. The adjuster follows production based goals and objectives to review, resolve and reimburse other parties for their claims. The adjuster is responsible for timely review of demands from third parties, confirmation of liability and coverage, and payment of third party claims. Other duties include the use of telephone contact and negotiation with other carriers, use of Arbitration Forums website for review of demands against our company and adherence to regulatory and compliance specific items related to proper claims handling duties in each state.
