Description

  • Complete task assignments as assigned.
  • Create new paperless claim files.
  • Request police reports.
  • Update the claims system with all information available for all parties involved.
  • Generate claim data report.
  • Process demands following the process.

Complete any other requests as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Must be able to work independently, yet collaborate with others.
  • Have planning and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Be able to analyze, explore and evaluate information.
  • Be able to identify a problem while also having a solution.

    • Qualifications for this position :

  • Customer Service experience required
  • Insurance background is preferred, but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook) preferred
