What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead-Legal position at Fred Loya Insurance?
Duties for this position:
- Ensure that new hires have the proper technological equipment set up and the necessary tools to carry out their job duties
- Will step in and assist their office with paralegal job duties when necessary
- Communicate team goals
- Continuance of training to ensure staff’s understanding of guidelines and procedures
- Answer staff’s questions and assist with problems and/or issues that arise
- Review and meet with team members to confirm they are complying with their daily job duties and meeting deadlines timely
- Conduct weekly team meeting to keep all staff current on procedure changes and any other matters as requested by upper management
- Assist with daily operations
- Primary contact should team members need to call in
- Provide daily reports such as time taken for sick leave, arriving late, etc. to the Regional Manager to track for time sheet submissions
- Main point of contact to run daily reports to ensure deadlines are being met timely
- Address any issues with Regional Manager for any employee not meeting their job duties
- Assist with any other matters that may arise or directives from your Regional Manager and/or Department Head
Qualifications for this position:
- At least 5 years of experience required.
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish preferred.
- Excellent written and communication skills and attention to detail.
