Essential Duties :
Essential duties include the following.
In addition, other duties may be assigned.
- Creates employee schedules at least one month in advance.
- Ensure the department is staffed with adequate employees during all available shifts.
- Assists with scheduling interviews for new hires coordinating with the Service Manager for final employment decision.
- Report employee call-offs.
- Holds employees accountable for following proper procedures as outlined in written processes.
- Ensures all safety equipment is worn as needed and employees report to work in proper attire.
- Set and track performance goals with the Service Manager.
- Maintain and review the demo cleaning schedule.
- Ensure service rentals are cleaned.
- Maintain a logbook to track spots and auto armors.
- Set and track goals for vehicle cleaning times.
- Work with staff to ensure the quality of the final product.
Must have a valid Driver's License and the ability to pass a background and drug screen.
