WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS
Your schedule as a Service Manager will consist of 9-hour workdays from Monday to Thursday, with a half-day on Fridays unless on-call.
- Monday - Thursday: 7 AM - 4 PM
- Friday: 7 AM - 11 AM
As our Service Manager, your responsibilities involve overseeing tasks, estimating project requirements, and managing schedules to ensure top-notch service and outstanding results for our customers. You play a crucial role in coordinating and supervising projects, ensuring they stay within budget and meet quality standards. Your daily tasks include maintaining an updated team schedule for smooth project execution. Beyond this, you provide leadership and inspiration, actively participating in meetings and offering coaching and training to technicians and apprentices. Your exceptional leadership keeps our business on track, fostering team growth and success.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years of experience as a Service Manager
- 2 years of mechanical experience
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Bonus points for having an active Plumbing license and/or EPA-certification (Not Required)
