This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $112,000 - $168,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.

Your Impact:
- Support the issuance of the Model Risk Reports
- Partner and collaborate with Freddie Mac’s First Line and Second Line data providers on metric design, data upload, commentary review and guidance on processes
- Monitor and resolve data discrepancies
- Develop and provide regular status reporting and tracking
- Support the Quarterly Board Reporting and Governance process
- Support Weekly and Monthly Model Risk Reporting
- Support Model Risk Committee Reporting
- Creation of meeting Agendas/minutes, review and distribution of Agenda, guidance and deliverable timeline
- Collaborate across all divisions on meeting deliverable timelines, questions relating to materials, guidance and lessons learned
- Review of materials submitted for EMR management approval
- Manage schedule for Model Risk reporting
- Other department duties as assigned
- College degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field
- 5 years of proven experience in risk management, financial services or management consulting
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information accurately to leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize key tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Good understanding of Risk Management, Reporting and Governance
- Experience in project management including the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate across teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data, identify trends and provide valuable insight
- Self-starter who seeks and embraces change and continuous improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to see the big picture and “connect the dots” on Model Risk reporting
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships at all levels across the Enterprise
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and work within tight timeframes
