Responsibilities

Requirement
College degree or experience in customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in standard office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in information handling.
Capability to work in non-remote, on-site environment in Port Clinton, Ohio.
Must be able to obtain an insurance license from the State of Ohio within 6 months of employment.
