What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Tobacco Sales Enforcement Officer position at Frederick County Health Department?
This part time contractual position is responsible for conducting compliance checks of tobacco merchants for the Frederick County Health Department, Behavioral Health Service Division – Tobacco Use Prevention Program to ensure that local merchants are compliant with local, State and Federal Youth Access Laws. This position is up to 15 hours per week.
Required: Law Enforcement training or a history of Law Enforcement.
