What You’ll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Legal Assistant, you will: Prepare and maintain legal case files in accordance with court procedures and internal standards.Draft and process legal documents, including subpoenas, motions, and notices, with accuracy and timeliness.Liaise professionally with law enforcement, witnesses, attorneys, and court personnel to obtain and relay case information.Manage case data using electronic filing systems, ensuring records are current, organized, and confidential.Support general office operations by assisting with public inquiries, telephone communications, and mail distribution.
