Core Hours:
Monday – Friday 8AM-4PM *Mandatory nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
As a Program Supervisor, you will:
- Develop and Lead Programs – Create and manage a variety of STEAM-focused programs while also supporting sports, aquatics, and general recreation activities.
- Supervise Staff – Oversee and evaluate full-time, part-time, contractual, and volunteer staff; provide training and guidance to ensure program success.
- Manage Budgets – Develop and monitor program budgets, ensuring financial responsibility.
- Engage the Community – Work with local organizations, schools, and businesses to promote programs and secure sponsorships.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance – Implement and enforce division policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Plan & Evaluate – Research trends, analyze program effectiveness, and prepare reports to enhance offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years experience in STEAM or liberal arts profession and/or educational background.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have held it for at least 2 years.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to work indoor and outdoor programs.
