Accounting Manager / Controller
Location: Conroe, TX (On-site)
Salary: $115K–$125K Benefits
Travel: Occasional (Quarterly to Toronto, CAN)
Our client, a global organization with a North American presence, is seeking an Accounting Manager/Controller to oversee financial operations across the U.S. and Canada. This is a high-impact role, working closely with executive leadership and the global finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial operations for North America (U.S. & Canada)
- Manage month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, and consolidations
- Oversee A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory, and intercompany transactions
- Develop and track KPIs to drive financial performance
- Manage payroll administration (ADP Run) and HR processes
- Support treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and risk management
- Collaborate with global teams, including regular meetings with Germany HQ
- Utilize SAP ERP & LucaNet for financial consolidations and reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10 years of accounting experience, ideally in an international setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred but not required)
- Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and payroll
- Experience with SAP ERP & LucaNet (highly preferred)
- Familiarity with ADP Run payroll and HR administration
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams
- German language skills are a major plus!
This is an on-site role in Conroe, TX (No remote/hybrid option).
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
