Overview:
Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing plaintiff-side litigation firm based in the Peachtree Corners area, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their high-performing legal team. This firm is known for handling complex, high-value personal injury cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their team and looking for a strong litigation associate to support or manage cases from intake through resolution.
About the Role:
Depending on experience level, the selected candidate may manage their own caseload or work directly with one of the firm’s senior attorneys on a docket of complex personal injury matters. The position includes exposure to a wide variety of case types, including:
- Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA)
- Premises Liability
- Product Liability
- Negligent Security
- Medical Malpractice

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in or manage litigation cases from intake to trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Support trial strategy and preparation
- Maintain strong client communication throughout the litigation process
Preferred Background:
- J.D. and active Georgia Bar license required
- 2–7 years of experience in civil litigation (plaintiff-side experience preferred)
- Defense litigation background is a plus — particularly experience with complex cases or catastrophic injury matters
- Strong writing, research, and case management skills
- A proactive, driven, and collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication and a passion for advocacy
