Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring regular communication.
- Own P&L of branch
- Inspect client properties to monitor job performance and overall quality.
- Achieve high annual account renewal rates through exceptional client satisfaction.
- Oversee and coordinate client service teams to deliver top-tier service.
- Develop and manage annual budgets to align with branch goals.
- Collaborate with the Controller to track branch performance and profitability accurately.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing for all services.
- Oversee proper execution of all contracts.
- Manage branch assets, including staffing, equipment, and other resources.
- Monitor and enforce workplace safety standards to maintain a strong safety record.
- Guide and support supervisors in training Crew Leaders and Crew Members.
- Partner with Business Development to set and achieve branch sales goals.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the branch’s client portfolio.
- Accurately estimate jobs and ensure project efficiency.
- Handle employee-related matters, including hiring, training, development, and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in horticulture or a related field, or equivalent landscaping experience.
- 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in landscaping or a similar field.
- P&L experience of 10 million
- 5 years of experience in facilities services or any service focused on commercial properties.
- Proficiency in project and time management, team motivation, and decision-making.
- Familiarity with MS Office and costing/estimating software.
- Strong understanding of business accounting, P&L statements, horticulture practices, landscaping equipment, and fleet management.
Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
