Frederick Fox has partnered with an industry leading organization in their search for a strong CL Account manager. In this role, you will be ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by delivering timely, consistent, and quality service for a book of about 15 Commercial Lines Transportation, Social Services / Non-Profit, and Construction Accounts ranging from $600k - $750k in annual revenue.

Responsibilities
- Serve both clients and Producers, collaborating with clients, carriers, producers, and peers
- Process renewals
- Review and analyze quotations from carriers
- Prepare proposals for clients
- Prepare summaries for clients
- Review endorsements
- Process premium audits
- Prepare certificates of insurance
- Perform contract/coverage reviews
- Resolve compliance issues
- Assist with adding additional lines of coverage
- Prepare and deliver invoices
- Review newly issued policies for accuracy
- Participate in monthly renewal meetings
- Maintain knowledge of underwriting requirements and authority
- Mentor Account Assistants
Required
- 3 years' P&C Insurance Account Managemnet, with at least 1 year being for Commercial Lines
- Active P&C license for OR
Salary : $600,000 - $750,000
