Frederick Fox has paired with an industry leading organization in search of a Commercial Credit Analyst. In this underwriting role you will analyze the credit history of loan applicants, and approve or deny $3MM to $25MM loans. You will also be servicing and tracking loans for risk trends, payment status, documentation, insurance, and credit exceptions.

Responsibilities
- Analyze the credit worthiness of loan applicants
- Review personal credit scores
- Prepare loan presentation sheets
- Draft commitment letters for loan officer’s final approval.
- Review legal documents for adherence to approved loan terms
- Assign risk ratings
- Support loan administration
- Perform OFAC background checks on borrowers and guarantors
- Process payment of third-party invoices
Requirements
- 4 years’ Credit Analyst experience, or 2 years and a highly relevant degree (such as BS in Finance)
- Commercial Real Estate underwriting experience, including a strong understanding of credit
