Frederick Fox has partnered with an industry-leading organization in their search for a strong CL Account Administrator. In this role, you will be ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by conducting administrative and customer service functions for a book of about 15 Commercial Lines Transportation, Social Services / Non-Profit, and Construction Accounts ranging from $600k - $750k in annual revenue.

Main Functions:
- Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Field claims data / process claims
Additional Functions:
- Serve both clients and Producers, collaborating with carriers, producers, peers, and even clients
- Process renewals
- Review and analyze quotations from carriers
- Prepare proposals and summaries for clients
- Review endorsements
- Process premium audits
- Perform contract/coverage reviews
- Resolve compliance issues
- Assist with adding additional lines of coverage
- Prepare and deliver invoices
- Review newly issued policies for accuracy
- Participate in monthly renewal meetings
- Maintain knowledge of underwriting requirements and authority
Required
- 1 years’ Customer Service or Account Administration, ideally serving customers of an Insurance organization (issuing certificates, processing claims, etc.)
Salary : $600,000 - $750,000
