In this role, you will be service a book of existing Employee Benefits clients, ranging from 1k to 25k employees, across various industries. Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to existing clients
- Oversee and manage employee benefits plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with
- Resolve issues by being a liaison between clients and insurance carriers
- Proactively suggest improvements to client benefits offerings
Requirements
- 2 years’ Customer Service
- Experience with employee benefits programs and insurance products
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to $72,000.00 per year
