- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct financial modeling and variance analysis to assess the company’s financial performance.
- Provide financial insights and actionable recommendations to management based on analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure efficient financial operations.
- Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate those risks.
